Jadabi Drug Distributors is a distributor of dialysis consumables including dialyzers, blood tubing, Part A and Part B solutions, and other related products.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
Our products are primarily intended for:
- Hospitals
- Dialysis centers
- Clinics
- Medical professionals
We generally do not sell directly to patients. In exceptional cases, products may be supplied based on requirement and understanding of usage.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
- All orders from new customers/hospitals require 100% advance payment.
- Payments can be made via:
- NEFT / Bank Transfer
- Cheque (subject to clearance)
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
4. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability depends on stock and supply conditions.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- We supply across Assam, North East India, and West Bengal.
- Delivery timelines:
- Guwahati: Same day (subject to order timing)
- Assam: 1–2 days (approx.)
- Other states: 1–7 days (depending on distance and transport)
- Shipping terms:
- Products may be sent on “To Pay” basis (freight payable by customer), or
- Freight may be included in the invoice depending on prior agreement
- We are not responsible for delays caused by transporters, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return, Replacement & Cancellation
- As these are medical consumables, we generally do not accept returns.
- Replacement may be considered only in cases of:
- Damaged product during transit
- Manufacturing defect (subject to verification)
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
7. Product Usage Disclaimer
- All products supplied are meant for professional medical use only.
- Jadabi Drug Distributors is not responsible for:
- Improper usage
- Use without medical supervision
- Any adverse outcomes
8. Liability Limitation
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. GST & Billing
- All transactions are conducted with proper GST billing.
- Customers must provide correct billing details at the time of order.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
